ELACC is committed to increasing the financial prosperity of residents through homeownership. Homeownership strengthens local wealth while creating a stable living environment for residents. To date, ELACC has developed and sold 87 single family homes to low-income households with 27 single family homes in various stages of development.


ELACC’s portfolio includes a variety of multi-family quality affordable housing units spread throughout Boyle Heights and unincorporated East Los Angeles.

- Linda Vista Apartments Phase I, 23 units for seniors

- Guy Gabaldon Apartments, 33 units for homeless senior veterans

- Sol y Luna Apartments, 53 units for larger families, two community centers, and a commercial space


ELACC is continually in the process of expanding its portfolio to address the lack of affordable housing and other issues as they arise within our community.

Casa del Mexicano, a 12,000 square foot community center, in pre-development stages.

Eastlake Ave and Altura Walk Apartments, 5 units of family housing, construction completion in August 2015.

Whittier Place Apartments, 25 units for homeless families, construction completion in August 2015.

Linda Vista Apartments Phase II, 97 units for seniors, construction completion in August 2015.

Cielito Lindo Apartments, 50 units for large families and retail, construction to start Spring 2016.
