We'll be opening up the waiting list for the Cielito Lindo Apartments soon, with 29 units available for families and Transitional Age Youth. Pre-applications will be posted here as soon as they're available!
Sun Valley Senior Veteran Apartments is located at 9041 N. Laurel Canyon in the City of Los Angeles, California 91352. Applications available for forty (40) units, thirty-eight (38) one-bedroom and two (2) two-bedroom affordable units for low-income Seniors (62+). Qualifying Veteran or Head of Household must be 62 years or older at the time of application.

Interest forms submitted via accesshousingla.org. will be given equal consideration in the tenant selection procedure and will be processed the same as those submitted by mail. However, providing an interest form does not take the place of submitting a pre-application. Filling out a pre-application is necessary.

The following properties are managed by ELACC, with units ranging from $850 to 1,350 per month in rent. A majority of our units are for individuals or families earning 50% to 60% area median income (AMI), which is approximately $49,000 for a family of four. If the property is NOT listed above, it is managed by a third party. ELACC does NOT collect applications for these properties. You will need to visit each property and apply for each location on site. Applicants looking for properties serving deeper affordability are recommended to apply to our third-party managed properties, which serve individuals and families earning at or below 30% to 50% area median income.
